Balsamic honey consists of honey, propolis and essential oils of thyme, niaouli, eucalyptus and mint, it is an excellent product to use in critical moments of the throat.
Adults: 1 teaspoon twice a day.
Children and boys: half is enough.
Despite the very aromatic taste, it is recommended to take it as it is to avoid dispersing the essential oils.
Balsamic honey is an excellent remedy when suffering from small colds. The herbs and essential oils contained are recognized as natural remedies in case of winter ailments. Calms coughs, cures colds, anticatarrhal and antibacterial.
Avoid the consumption of balsamic honey for people who generally suffer from intolerances or allergies towards bee products or other ingredients.
Italian honey (97%), natural essential oils: thyme, niaouli, eucalyptus, mint (2%), hydroalcoholic propolis (1%).
